Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers basic and slightly old-fashioned rooms but they are clean and include all necessary amenities. Unfortunately, noise from a nearby pub may disturb light sleepers. The service is very accommodating and friendly, with delicious and reasonably priced meals available. The convenient location near the castle and restaurants makes it suitable for disabled guests and pet owners. However, it may be on the pricier side for some visitors.
The hotel's rooms were large and very comfortable, though the bathroom basin light was out on arrival. The rooms were basic and a little old fashioned but clean. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, especially Helen. The location was excellent within a short walking distance to local shops. The dining experience had a good selection but wasn't very warm. Overall, the hotel offered great value for money.
The hotel has a split personality with large and comfortable rooms but a very hot environment. The location is good for exploring Pembrokeshire, but rooms are in a remote part of the hotel. The dining experience was nice but could have been more imaginative.
